Lakeview East Home-Based Business Network

The Home-Based Business Network is open to all home-based business owners who are looking for a support network within the Chamber that will address their unique needs. The committee meets every month to discuss a previously chosen topic in an informal, open exchange. Other plans for the group could include periodic networking events with other home-based business owners outside the Chamber.

The mission of the Home-Based Business Network of the Lakeview East Chamber of Commerce is:

• To provide a support network for home-based business owners
• To cultivate and share resources that assist home based business owners
• To share methods of working with larger organizations
• To educate the marketplace to achieve a common understanding of home-based businesses
• To be an advocacy group
• To help members use their home-based status to their personal and professional advantage
