Fairygodmother Foundation
2020 Lincoln Park West Suite 37E
Chicago, IL 60614
(773) 388-1160

Fairygodmother Foundation is a volunteer-driven charitable organization granting wishes nationally to adults (18 and older) facing terminal illness (having a year or less to live). By fulfilling last wishes, for a fragile and frequently overlooked population, our wish-granting program adds quality to the end of life.

We give adults facing terminal illness the opportunity to seek one last chance to laugh and cry with family or friends, visit a special place for the first or last time, and bring closure to their lives in a personal way. We enable wish recipients to leave loved ones with photos and memories of a happy time spent together instead of the turmoil of medical treatments, emotional upheaval, financial challenges, and fear of the unknown. - V, MC, DS.
